Come presidente, il board di Cdp ha designato Monica De Virgiliis, che già era stata consigliere di amministrazione Snam tra il 2016 e il 2019.

Nata a Torino il 20 luglio 1967, si è laureata in ingegneria elettronica presso il Politecnico di Torino.

È stata poi dirigente in STMicroelectronics a Ginevra (2001-2015), in Infineon a Monaco di Baviera (2015-2017) e al Commissariato per l’Energia Atomica e Energie Alternative francese di Parigi (2017-2019).

È stata nel cda di Prysmian (2015-2021), Stevanato group e membro del cda di Saras e del consiglio di sorveglianza di Asm. Nel 2019 ha fondato e tuttora presiede Chapter Zero France, un’associazione di consiglieri di amministrazione di società francesi impegnati nell’approfondimento e la discussione di rischi e opportunità derivanti dal cambiamento climatico.

I was contracted to integrate the newly acquired car sharing affiliate into the core company, including SW platform technology, customer service and service catalogue.

Key achievements include:

  • Led delivery of legacy customer-specific SW platform redesign into a PaaS service relying on state-of-the-art tools common with Octo.
  • Enabled extension of services catalogue to better match carmakers’ and fleet operators’ requirements and drive market expansion.
  • Led merge of on-vehicle device with Octo’s high volumes Shenzhen’s sourced device resulting in -70% product cost and -50% lead time/WC
  • Achieved €20M new mobility business win with multi-billion Oil &Gas customer.

I was hired to implement real size trial by building a growth strategy in microcontrollers from automotive to multi-market application, competing with large ARM-based vendors. I managed 200 people with full P&L for €100m.
