Novità a metà ai vertici di Ansaldo Energia: Lorenza Franca Franzino prende il posto come presidente di Giuseppe Zampini.

Ansaldo Energia è un attore internazionale leader nel settore della generazione di energia, al quale offre un modello integrato che abbraccia la costruzione di centrali elettriche chiavi in mano, le apparecchiature elettriche (turbine a gas e vapore, generatori e microturbine), la produzione e i servizi e le attività nucleari.

Ansaldo Energia SpA è partecipata all’88% da Cdp Equity nel Gruppo Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, ente statale italiano che dal 1850 promuove l’economia del Paese, e al 12% da Shanghai Electric, produttore leader mondiale di macchine per la produzione di energia e attrezzature meccaniche.

Il Cda di Cdp ha presentato la lista di candidati per il rinnovo dei vertici di Ansaldo Energia, designando Lorenza Franca Franzino per la carica di presidente (al posto di Giuseppe Zampini= e Giuseppe Marino per la carica di amministratore delegato. Gli altri membri del Cda sono Giovanni Zetti, Chiara Bisagni, Paola Girdinio, Gaetano Massara, Fabiola Pellegrini, Fabio Barchiesi e Maurizio Dainelli.
