Come anticipato da Start Magazine, l’amministratore delegato Giuseppe Cerbone è stato silurato dalla confederazione degli industriali presieduta da Carlo Bonomi.

Sono state pubblicate ieri le liste per il rinnovo degli organi del Sole 24 Ore, in vista dell’assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti convocata per il 27 aprile, e l’indiscrezione di settimane fa è stata confermata: Cerbone non sarà più amministratore delegato.

Dai nomi della lista emerge che il successore di Cerbone alla guida del gruppo editoriale che pubblica il quotidiano Sole 24 Ore sarà l’avvocato d’affari ed esperta di finanza immobiliare Mirja Cartia d’Asero.

La lista per il cda presentata da Confindustria, titolare di 9 miloni di azioni ordinarie e di 34.661.640 azioni di categoria speciale, complessivamente pari al 66,81% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto, infatti  comprende: Edoardo Garrone, presidente uscente e dunque confermato, Mirja Cartia d’Asero, Diamante Ortensia D’Alessio, Veronica Diquattro, Chiara Laudanna, Claudia Parzani, Ferruccio Resta, Alexander John Ross, Fabio Vaccarono, Alessandro Tommasi, Annarita Sofia.

Sempre per il cda, Banor Sicav – titolare di 1.500.000 azioni di categoria speciale, pari al 2,29% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto – ha presentato una lista con la candidatura di Salvatore Maria Nolasco, mentre Giornalisti associati Srl – titolare di 1.446.441 azioni di categoria speciale, pari al 2,21% del capitale sociale con diritto di voto – ha depositato una lista candidando Marco Liera e Vanessa Boato.

I am the Contact Person in Italy for PWC in regard to the administration of Lehman Brothers, and specifically for the management and divestment of LB’s assets in Italy. My job mainly concerns the restructuring of all real estate positions (equity, mezzanine financing, NPLs), and I work with Senior Banks, Borrowers, Liquidators and Managers, also in regard to operations involving the issue of participating financial instruments, arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy arrangements, restructuring agreements under Section 182bis, and other bankruptcy procedures.   • Takeover Bid for a listed real estate fund (Fondo Beta), the owner of office buildings. Value of the transaction: € 350 million (the second largest in Italy).
  • The structuring of the acquisition by The Carlyle Group of a mixed-use portfolio originating from Beni Stabili, Pirelli RE, Reale Mutua Assicurazioni and other investors. Value of the transaction: approx. € 500 million.
  • The acquisition, through a real estate fund, of a portfolio of shopping malls managed in Italy by Unieuro (Dixon Group) in a joint venture with General Electric Real Estate. Value of the transaction: € 150 million.
  • The acquisition, through a real estate fund, of a mixed-use portfolio from Cattolica Assicurazioni. Value of the transaction: € 180 million. 
  • The structuring of the acquisition, by the Cordea Savills Group, of various mixed-use portfolios originating from Telecom Italia, Beni Stabili, Gabetti, Pirelli RE, Reale Mutua Assicurazioni and other investors. Value of the transaction: € 500 million.
  • Equity investment, in a joint venture with Prelli RE and Conwert Immobilien, and the subsequent financing for the acquisition of 1,600 residential apartments in the centre of Berlin. Value of the transaction: € 37 million.

  • The financing and refinancing of the commercial and residential portfolio of the Banca di Roma (Project Bernini/Project Dolcetto).
